Payment Methods

Casa Vinoteca supports three payment methods. Every order starts after checkout, and our team verifies the actual bank credit before confirming each order.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay cash at the point of delivery. The order moves to “Processing” immediately after checkout. Once the courier hands over the goods successfully, the order becomes “Completed”.

The recipient must be 20+ years old and present a national ID card or passport at delivery.

2. Bank Transfer (BACS)

After checkout the system shows our bank account number and name, plus an order confirmation email. The order stays “On hold” until we receive and verify the transfer slip.

Transfer the exact order total within 3 business days. Past the deadline the order is auto-cancelled.

3. PromptPay QR

Scan the QR code on the checkout page or in the order email with your banking or TrueMoney app. Post-scan steps and slip submission are the same as Bank Transfer.

Submitting a Payment Slip

After transferring or scanning the QR, submit proof of payment via either channel:

On the website

Go to “My Account” → choose the order → Order details → upload the slip (JPG, PNG, WebP up to 5 MB).

Via LINE Official Account

Add our LINE OA as a friend → send PAY #order-number → send the slip image (within 10 minutes of the command).

Verification and Order Status

Our staff verifies the actual bank credit before confirming every order. Once confirmed, the order moves to “Processing” and fulfilment begins. Payment slips are retained per our Privacy Policy.
